Hey there!
I’m a firm believer that mental health support should be for everyone, no matter how big or small the issue feels. If it’s on your mind, it’s worth talking about.
I know that life comes with all sorts of phases, and each one brings different challenges. That’s why I see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and grow; a space where you can honour yourself and the changes you’re going through. And the truth is, change starts the moment you decide you want it.
You don’t have to have everything figured out; you just have to take that first step.
I also know that feeling stuck or lost is something we all go through, even when we have a deep understanding of ourselves. In difficult times, it’s hard to see beyond the immediate challenges. That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you explore, reflect, and find new avenues forward so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Creating a safe, judgment-free space is so important to me. Everyone is unique, and I take the time to really understand where you’re coming from, so we can work together in a way that feels right for you.
I also believe that as a counsellor, I have to keep learning and doing the work on myself too. Growth is a lifelong process, and I’m always striving to show up as the best version of myself, for both my clients and myself.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me:
- Laughing and playing with my kids! They have the best energy!
- Getting lost in an investigative series (the more twists, the better).
- Savouring a quiet, uninterrupted cup of coffee… it’s my little daily ritual.
- Having long heart-to-heart chats with my parents, which I cherish every day.
How I recharge and stay grounded:
- Moving my body, exercise is my reset button.
- Taking deep, mindful breaths to pause and recenter.
- Practicing gratitude because even the smallest moments matter.
