My own journey led me to counselling as a means of self-discovery, but it quickly became a deep passion for helping others. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and professionals from diverse backgrounds, witnessing first-hand how the right support can lead to profound and lasting change. Whether you are navigating marital struggles, managing stress and anxiety, or striving for balance in work and life, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence.
Healing and transformation take time, but with the right approach, they are within reach. - Discovering new things, whether through reading, learning a new skill, or exploring new places.
How I recharge and stay grounded:
- Taking time for prayer, journaling, and deep breathing to reset and reconnect with myself.
- Going for a walk, doing light exercise, or simply unwinding to stay balanced.
- Spending time with loved ones, whether through deep conversations or sharing a laugh.
- Reminding myself to appreciate the little things and reflect on life’s blessings to shift my perspective.
- Trusting that everything happens for a reason, finding strength and peace in God’s plan.
